The marketing communications mix is one of the starting points for introducing products to consumers to gain profits from the business they run. This is very important in encouraging the success of marketing activities carried out by a company. In marketing, companies must have quality products, affordable prices, strategic locations, and attractive promotional activities. The aim of this research is to describe the marketing communications mix used by the Es.co.bar coffee shop to attract consumer interest and to determine the factors that influence the marketing communications mix of the Es.co.bar coffee shop. The promotional mix is a form of marketing communication used by the Es.co.bar coffee shop in running its business and focuses on personal selling to carry out Es.co.bar's concept, namely feels like home. Escobar coffee shop has been able to apply its form of marketing communication well. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using interview, observation and documentation techniques as data collection. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques by interpreting it in simple sentences so that understanding can be taken to obtain conclusions as a result of the research.
