White Nights
White Nights by fyodor Dostoyevsky is a short emotional story about loneliness, hope, and the brief beauty of human connection. Set in the dreamy, quiet streets of St.. Petersburg during the summer's "white nights"—when it barely gets dark—the story follows a shy, lonely man who spends most of the his time walking alone and daydreaming. One night, he meets a young woman named Nastenka, and over the course of four nights, they share their thoughts, fears, and dreams. Though their connection is brief, it leaves a lasting impact. It's a heartfelt and poetic story about how even a short moment of closeness can change someone's life.
